Runecrafter

Rune magic allows a character to unlock the power contained within magical symbols and sigils. Not every such mark has the potential for power, however. Runes work much like magic items and it allows you to use their magic in a variety of ways, however, unlike with magic items, only a runecrafter can use all the benefits a rune offers.

Runes are a very ancient source of magical power, much more than the spells found written in books with ink, their understanding requires as much constant study to learn of these skills. Runecrafters traditionally store their knowledge on useful objects, usually weapons and armors that they also cover with enchantments. They also learn to harness the power of runes by carving them into stones.

Note: While not required, for RP purposes, consider crafting and/or stringing a variety of runes to use in your RP as a runecrafter for flavor.
