The Sisterhood of the White Lily is a company of women who share only one thing in common, ambition. In an effort to give women resources and room to succeed, the founding Sisters made a pact to pool resources and expertise to achieve high goals that would be otherwise difficult on their own. Sisters are expected to give any aid they can to one who requests it, as when one sister succeeds, they all benefit from having new assets or power to call on.
All women who have the will to give aid and ambition to become greater than themselves are welcome to join. Often, girls in orphanages are also chosen to join the ranks and trained to be either sword-hands or magic users to aid elder sisters in their goals. The Sisterhood refuses men to join their ranks, as they believe women are the ones most in need of community resources, and men are capable of succeeding on their own.
There are few rules once someone enters the sisterhood. There is no requirement for any member to like each other, but there is an expectation that no sister should have open hostilities with one another. Should any sister lag in their responsibilities for aid or become a detraction from the sisterhood, they will be banished, and at the worst offenses, made for the target of the sisterhood's wrath.
