Upon becoming a linguist, all of your currently known languages will be raised to maximum skill levels, making you perfectly fluent in all of them. In addition, there is no language cap for linguists, they may learn as many languages as there are in the world, and upon learning them at a trainer, they gain instant fluency in them as well.
