The Alchemist subclass is for characters that have a penchant for mixing and brewing things for whatever purposes they need them for. They are a subclass of preparation and study. Alchemists can use the herbalism system to mix up many different things using herbs and ingredients foraged from various places. They also get access to the 'brew' skill, which lets them create magical potions, and 'encapsulate' which allows them to take a potion and create several pills from it. In addition to these things, Alchemists gain the use of the 'concoct' system, which allows them to create new types of poisons, and their antidotes. When it comes to mixing up chemicals to improve, help, hinder, or cripple people, no one excels more than the
Alchemist.

Encapsulate - Create a pill from a potion.
RP Advantages and Skills:
Aerosolize: As a combat action, Alchemists may take a prepared poison concoction and turn it into a gas with aerosolize <concoction>. While not as strong, it will affect up to three enemies in melee. They must make a Fortitude save versus DC 13 to not fall into the status of the concoction. Aerosolized concoctions use reduced strength and duration, and the concoction is consumed.
Transmutation: As an action, an alchemist may transmute a potion with transmute <potion> <acid|quicksilver|water|aqua>. The potion becomes that liquid and any stored spells are replaced. Transmuted liquids may be thrown or quaffed.
Acid: Can Throw to hit an enemy; they are AC-2 on successful hit. This can Stack.
Quicksilver: Can be used to enhance a weapon's edge. Gain +1 on DR for the duration of combat.
Water: Changes a poisonous substance into harmless water. Can roll Intelligence versus DC10 to neutralize poison.
Aqua Tofana: Changes a substance to poison. Fortitude save DC16 versus the strong poison.
Potion Mastery: Potions brewed by an Alchemist carry their mastery into use. Healing effects restore double HP, buff affects last twice as long, and hostile targets roll saving throws at disadvantage against harmful or debuff potion spells. Thrown potions still shatter and use only their first stored spell.
Throw: See Help Throw to allow a Alchemist to throw a Concoction, Brew or Potion at an enemy or ally.
