Syntax:
cast 'arcane cataclysm' 100-1000
This is an Area of Effect spell that will target all enemies in a room. The damage this spell does depends on the mana spent to activate it. The activation value must be a multiple of 100. For each additional 100 mana spent on the spell, it will do additional damage.

Remarks: This spell affect an area within the sight of the caster in a radius of 20ft. Targets in the Radius may make a REFLEX save versus the Spell DC of the caster. On a save, they take 1/2 damage dealt prior to RPDAMAGE application. On a Failed save, the targets take full damage and are considered PARALYZED for 2 rounds.
