These are the rules of Arcanium Society which must be followed at all times. Any disregard for the rules will be met with swift consequences.
1. Members of the Arcanium Society are to show respect to higher ranks with a fist over the heart and a light bow.
2. Within the clan hall, there will be no offensive magic or combat of any kind. The only location in the hall where offensive magic can be used is within the Training Rooms or Combat Arena. Direct offensive magic within the halls themselves will be strongly frowned upon and the user may be firmly repremended. DO NOT use offensive magic against another Arcanium member unless within the above designated rooms, or for self defense.
3. When addressing a member of higher rank, always include the title first and then their last name, as it is a sign of respect and honor. (Ex. Arch-Magus Arcane). The only times one can address someone by their first name is if they are given permission to do so or the one being addressed is of lower rank. Though not required, higher ranks should show lower members at least some degree of respect and encouragement.
4. The Master rank is given to those who have earned it, and therefore, must be greatly respected to all. Please do not request this rank.
5. If there is a dispute between those of two mages, take it to a member who is of the Teacher rank or above for settlement.
6. An order given to an Arcanium member can be coutermanded by a mage who is of higher rank, without complaint.
7. No orders are to be given that will bring about the possibility of ruining Arcanium Society and our reputation.
8. In case of minor misbehavior, punishments will be handled by the Magister. But if a major offense or crime on Arcanium Society is commited, they must be brought before the Arch-Magus and the Masters of Arcanium, and there will the punishment be decided.
9. There will be NO experimenting on other members even if given in the form of an order.
