| hat understanding that prosperity can only come by the striving of
' all those who reside within the land, ANY WHO ARE KNOWN TO WORSHIP
EVIL SHALL BE EXECUTED upon proof of their evils before the Church.
This is to keep peace and the blessings of the Light upon the land of
Balmorral.

|< n the knowledge that those who practice evil and vile actions are, '-' at their very core servants and slaves to their dark masters,
those who perform the following crimes shall be executed upon a
verdict of guilty by the Church:
murder; rape; theft of more than one-hundred gold's worth of
value, as determined by the Church; intentional and direct
destruction of the property of another; brawling, which is defined
as the use of a weapon in a hostile manner upon a citizen of
Balmorral; blasphemy of the the One God; and the study of the
darker and unholy magics present within the lands.

| |nderstanding that all make mistakes, and that not all can live their `-' lives according to the Holy Path, and understanding that with
punishments comes maturity, those accused of the following will
receive the allotted penalties upon a damning verdict by the Church
stealing: 1) a brand of 'S' upon the palm.
2) the removal of the hand above the wrist.
3) the removal of the head above the neck.
lying: 1) a brand of 'L' upon the cheek.
2) the removal of the tongue.
3) the removal of the head above the neck.
faithlessness: 1) a brand of 'H' upon the forehead.
2) a year spent in holy service to the Priests.

`-.corning those who's souls and bodies have been twisted by Evil `-' the following races shall be attacked upon sight by the Blessed
Soldiers of Balmorral: draconians, drow, duergar, goblin, orc,
kobold, lizard-folk, minotaur, troll, saurot, and any who exist not
within the Natural Blessing of Nature, this including the Soulless
undead, the twisted Demonkin, and the rage-filled Lycanthropes, as
well as Shadows and Shades.

|-|owever, knowing that not all are as they are born, those whose ' 'deeds of goodness and justice and strict adherance to the inate
laws of Good that all know from birth, one may request an audience
with the Church to plead their allowance within the Holy Lands. Upon
their acceptance, they shall receive the King's Blessings to live
within the lands of Agragon, but must not come to the city proper
without permission. If declined, they shall be treated as any of their
kindred would.

' 'all that which might come to existance within this realm, in all
cases the Church has been granted the power of the King's Justicar
to see and hear and judge and rule on any case, giving the
punishment that they find to be that which most pertains to the
situations.
