Bile blast is a Furina-only clerical prayer that causes a cloud of noxious, charged fumes to spread forth from the caster's mouth. The cloud deals negative damage and has a 50% chance to hit the victim with a plague. (This chance is 75% for people vulnerable to disease, 25% for people resistant, and 0% for those immune to diseases. Immunity to negative also negates the chance a plague will land on the victim).
