chan <#> <target>
Channeling is a most common practice amongst mages, but any who can control
a spell is adept enough to learn the art of channeling. This skill will
transfer magical energies, either from one person to another, or it may be used to drain the life force to restore mana.
Channeling without a recipient, or target, will convert hit points into mana, at the conversion rate of usually about 50% but it varies quite sporadically.
Channeling with a target sends mana across the realm to the target recipient, but they as well must have the channel skill to focus the energies, and the amount of mana successfully sent is checked for by the skills of both the target and the recipient.
