They are the balance keepers of Nephilim.��� All the other courts give this one a wide berth, despite it being the smallest.��� It is so small that it numbers only a few thousand.��� These few thousand though are immensely strong in both the physical and magical arts.��� They are racial purists in the extreme as well, forever seeking to better the other���s of Demonic blood.��� Unlike the other Courts, where a Demon can be born into them, the Court of Defiance is by invitation only. When this Court speaks, all the others listen, however they are rarely heard from in an official sense, preferring to watch and guide, than take direct action.��� As such, they are infinantly patient and pay homage to all the gods save Drugaal. They are led by a Demon known as Guardian.��� No one has ever bested Guardian in a fight, even Qutark will not fight Guardian.��� No one knows where he came from or his lineage, only that he commands a great deal of respect.��� He never shares his knowledge though unless Demon-kind itself is at risk, at which time, he will act quickly, decisively and usually leave a swathe of destruction in his wake.��� This one also has no cities, but has Covens set up in all the other Court���s cities, save, of course, the camps of the Pack.��� Even the Isolationists accept Defiance ���s presence.
