Deasune, known as Toad-Demons to some, are short creatures, ranging form three to under five feet in height. Possessing large, slitted eyes and an almost beak-like mouth, they really appear quite different from toads. They do have the green skin, however. Deasune limbs don't appear strong at first, but in the end are physically more powerful than almost any mortal race in the lands of Tirradyn, and they are far tougher, if a little slow.
Deasune appear to live on Tirradyn rather than in the hells as most demons. Most live in swampy regions, though it is said that they once had a large number of groups throughout the realm, before wars with the Lizardmen drove them to near-extinction.
Deasune are fiercely loyal to those they serve, some tales even stating that they'll starve themselves while they continue their last order to stay put, only to have their master not able to return. Deasune are otherwise cranky and rarely see the good side of things, and are generally quite evil as most demons are.
