Desiccate unleashes a surge of dehydrating magic upon a target. It causes thirst damage and withers a specific limb by violently pulling the moisture from it, with different limbs suffering unique debilitating effects.

Remarks: This spell causes damage. After taking the damage, the target makes a WILLPOWER save versus the user's spell DC. If they fail, the user rolls a 1d4 for one of the following additional affects:
1 - Right Arm, -1 Damroll
2 - Left Arm, -1 Hitroll
3 - Legs, PRONE
4 - Torso (or Tail or Wings if applicable), -1 AC
