Disperse bubble
Disperse is used to allow a player to remove any GOOD affect from themselves. This is an IC skill that anyone can say they have training in, since it's a concentration of internal energies to strip away beneficial affects if they are unwarranted. This skill would count as an 'action' in an RP, meaning you can only disperse one affect per round.
Disperse bubble is used to disperse the bubble from the mage spell bubble of silence.
