Syntax:
summon 'eel shock' <victim>
The Electric Eel is known to be able to create quite the shock for those unlucky enough to encounter the creature. The voltage is strong enough to create burns and even stun or knock out someone who feels the sting.

Attack Syntax: 1d20 + <Spell Hitroll> vs touch AC
Damage: 2d4 + <Spell Damroll>
Damage Type: Lightning
Saving Throw: Fortitude vs Ranger DC; will damage regardless on hit
Remarks: On a failed save, the victim is Stunned for 1 round. If the save fails by more than 5, they are knocked out until revived or otherwise disturb for a minimum of 2 rounds. On a saved roll, the victim takes damage, but is not stunned.
