Syntax: cast 'empower weapon' <weapon>
Magics can be used to give wicked enchantments to weapons to enhance their
performance in melee combat. Empower weapon charges the weapon with magical
energies, and realeases them on contact, shocking the victim much like a bolt of lightning.

Remarks: The caster may imbue a weapon with lightning for 1d4 rounds. For the duration of the spell any successful strike with that weapon will inflict an additional 1d6 lightning damage.
