This skill increases the damage dealt on hits based on the wisdom of the user. This is a passive skill that allows the user to target perceived weaknesses.

Remarks: A Mercenary may make an Perception Roll (1d20 + WIS) against the PASSIVE PERCEPTION (DC10 + WIS) of their target to exploit their weaknesses. If they are able to find the enemy's weakness, they increase their damage by their Wisdom Bonus. This is applied to their total damage roll. In addition, the target roll disadvantage on saving throws for conditions against the mercenary.
