The family set of commands allows players and immortals to define and become
a part of families by blood, marriage, and adoption. Families are a purely
rp aspect of the game, and can be used in whatever ways a player decides, or
you may decide not to become a part of a family at all. No one will judge
you either way and it will have no ill effects on your playing ability. You
may be a member of multiple families at the same time, just as you can be in real life through marriage.
Members of families will have access to ftalk, a channel that will let you talk only to members of your own family, but currently this is the only
coded perk that they actually receive. The following commands will allow
players to show and manipulate their family units.
Family - Allows players to list or show information about different
families.
Addfamily - Allows a family elder to add new members to the family.
Banfamily - Allows a family elder to remove members of the family.
Addelder - Allows a family elder to make another family member into an
elder.
Banelder - Allows a family elder to remove elder status from another
player.
Adopt - Allows a family elder to adopt someone unrelated into the family.
Faccept - This command is used by the players invited to join a family to
accept the invitation.
Fdeny - This command is used by the player invited to join a family to
deny the invitation.
Ftalk - For talking and communicating with your family.
Replayftalk - This command allows you to replay the family talk (ftalk) channel.
In order to have a family created for you, you must send in an immrequest
with the family's last name. New families must have at least three members
to begin with, so list those in your immrequest as well.
Note: To be set up, players have to be online, so please don't think your family requests are being ignored. When we see you online, we will try to place your requests.
With your immrequested commands, please also include the below information. ** The family name ** A colored version of the family name to show on ftalk ** The color you want your ftalk text to be ** A family crest, if there is one ** A family description if you want one
Crests and descriptions are not *needed* or can be added later or changed at any time.
