We've tried this, many times, and sadly, sometimes we get pulled into drama because of it. So, when it comes to house deeds, no ten vnum homes can be co-owned, the person that earned the deed and gave it to the imm, is the person that will be put on the home as the owner. In the case of 20 vnum homes, up to two can own the home, and it will be divided equally should something happen. Placing a person on an invite list, will allow them to enter and exit as they please, and the ownership should not matter.
