Being one of the strongest of demon-kind, the Fukai operate as powerful leaders of lesser demons on occasion. Fukai are often the "royalty" of the hells, and their arrogance reflects this. Their reputation isn't undeserved, as they are very fast while not sacrificing their physical strength in the slightest for it. Even a seemingly thin Fukai possesses frightening strength.
The wolf form of the Fukai is also a source of great strength for them, but it is also a weakness, as turning into this form is very draining an exhausting on the user. Due to this fact, and the fact that Fukai are natural warriors even in their normal form, very few Fukai will use this form unless it is absolutely necessary.
The Dog-Demons rarely do physical labor on their own, leaving such tasks to lesser demons. Regardless, Fukai are often seen with loose, comfortable clothing, as well as large, very powerful weapons at their disposal. Speed is important for a race that can run circles around most mortals, and weapons that make best use of their strength are wielded.
Warriors are the most common path of a Fukai, though other professions aren't totally unheard of. The paths of both arcane and divine magic are also taken, but the Fukai are less suited for these professions due to their natural inclination towards physical pursuits. Rangers are perhaps the most rare path, as Fukai have little connection with nature.
Fukai wouldn't lower themselves to mate with a lowly mortal, except for a few rare exceptions (such as an unusually kind-hearted Fukai or concerning a particularly attractive mortal.) Fukai, regardless, do as they please, some mating for life and others not.
