Religion and Guild Banking

Syntax: bank <deposit|balance|withdraw> <amount> <gold|silver>
There is 5 gold deposit fee and a 1 gold withdrawl fee.
The bank only deals in gold.
Syntax: bank transfer <gold> <player>
There is a fee of 50 gold on transfers. Only gold can be transferred.
Note: If you are in a guild or a religion with a bank account set up,
your guild or religion bank will be used.
** Religion and Guild Bank Rules **
1) Guild, religion, and personal banking funds are to be kept seperate at
all times. Merging the funds into your personal account to collect
interest is not allowed.
2) For withdrawing funds and transferring funds to people from your guild
or religion bank, you must be of the proper level.
For guilds, only the top two ranks can withdraw or transfer.
For religions, the top three ranks can withdraw or transfer.
Anyone can deposit money or check their guild or religion bank balance.
