This spell causes burning damage to a target. It also inflicts the burning condition on them, causing fire damage over time.

Save: Willpower vs Spell DC
Remarks: After taking damage, the target may make a WILLPOWER save versus the Spell DC of the caster. On a Failed save, they are considered BURNING. This spell may stack the affect per the rp-condition.
