Life Eater Relic Shard

The Life Eater relic shard (applied via relic shard major life_eater) draws life-force from a slain victim, so long as the victim offers a suitable challenge to the wielder of the weapon -- to this effect, one will only notice healing if the victim is within a certain level range of the killer. Also, the victim must leave behind a corpse for this to work.
