Syntax:

A precise blow strikes a cluster of nerves on the target. It reduces the damage the target deals, based on the user's dexterity.

Attack Syntax: 1d20 + Hitroll
Damage: 1d4 + Damroll
Damage Type: Harm
Save: Reflex vs Spell DC
Duration: 1d4
Remarks: After taking damage, the target may roll a REFLEX save versus the Spell DC of the attacker. On a failed save, the target's damage rolls are reduced by the user's DEXTERITY for 1d4 rounds. This reduction is applied to the damage rolls, then RPDAMAGE is applied.
