These commands are used for Nobles to communicate annonymously with one another.
Nspeak is a command used to speak annonymously to all on the mud as a Noble if needed.
Ntalk is a command used to speak to other Nobles and Imms to discuss IC situations and anything else related to being a Noble.
Ntell is a command used to send a private Noble tell to another player regarding anything IC or Noble related.
Nreply is what a player uses to respond to a Noble's Ntell. This too will remain annonymous.
