For miscellaneous jokes, polls, or generally miscelaneous topics, please direct them to the misc board. Roleplays should of course be IC-related notes. Ideas that you have to better TG can also be posted. Notes are a more general every-day message to relay information or general topics between people.
With that said, please keep in mind that there are many different types of 'notes' sent daily. And it's easier to sort through these if they are kept to the correct note board. [
