Lore: The great elven city of Palantal has one of the most famous and
beautiful graveyards in all of Nersa. From the Mourning gardens to the ornate grave statuary, it is a place of contemplation during the day and a place of spirit and night when the statues come to life to guard the graveyard from robbers and looters.
The Catacombs hold the ancient elven dead whom founded the city and the heroes of old. The ageless, magical protectors of the catacombs guard the fallen heroes from looters. There are rumors that in the deepest, oldest part of the catacombs, there are intelligent undead who keep vigil over their families even now.
