.. The maximum number of karns your character may regenerate is dependant on
the lifestyle they have lived. The pkill system was tweaked to reflect the
need to slow down those that are natural born pkillers. In short, those
with a higher number of pkills will have a lower number of maximum karns.
PkratioA = pkills - pkdefeats/2
PkratioB = PkratioA/5
Pkratio = 5 - PkratioB
If your pkratio is higher than your current karn value, then you will be
able to regenerate karns. If not, they you have pkilled too frequently, and
must do with the current karns you have.
