Syntax: sow <seed>
pluck <plant>
These commands deal with seeds and plants. SOW will allow you to plant a seed in a given room. If the room is of the type that the plant can grow in, it will over time go through the stages of growth until it becomes a mature plant. Different seeds may be plantable in different areas and take different times to grow, so be aware.
Once a plant is mature, it may have something that you can harvest from it. To do so, PLUCK the plant in question to get the produce.
