Class Remort Tiers

Current the First Tier of Remort is implemented. Tier 2 remorts are a work in progress.
A Remort class is a specialized class with increased power and abilities over their related Primary class. A Character picks a Primary class at creation, then upon meeting the pre-requisites they can pick an available Tier 1 Remort. When they reach the next level of pre-requisites, they can pick a Tier 2 remort class.
While you must stay in the general class for remorts, you can pick any available remort class in Tier 1 or Tier 2 upon remorting.
