Rule Number One: Order of Command
The order of command is The Clan Goddess Darken Seatlin, Head Leader of the Sages (Abria) and then Bishop(s) (Bohus Bein) (Midnight Bein). You'll be evaluated and promoted accordingly, but please don't ask to be promoted. If you have a problem with someone or an issue, please bring it up to one of the ones mentioned above. You are to listen to the suggestions of those that outrank you. Have respect enough to talk privately when you disagree about something as to not discounter ones position in this clan.
Rule Number Two: Problems Within Sages
If you have a problem with someone within the Sages, there are to be no public arguments. It is to be brought to the Temple and discussed and settled there. Period, no exceptions. If someone of higher rank needs to be informed of the issue please do so. We want to settle all the issues not let them fester and then burst in the middle of a war.
Rule Number Three: Sexual Habits
Please refrain from sleeping with the entire realm. The Sages is not a Religion to join just to have sex. We do not want or need that reputation. Along those same lines, do not sleep with another Sage's spouse, unless all involved has agreed to it. If you must have multiple lovers, please keep it as private as you can. Meaning the whole realm should have no inkling that you have many lovers, there are private areas with beds in the sun gardens.
Rule Number Four: Honor
A Sage is to act with honor and respect when ever possible, but that does not mean you are unable to defend yourself, or your loved ones. Your actions will reflect back onto the rest of us, so think before you speak or act. There are times when a Sage must stand up and fight for what is right, You will not be placed on the scolding block for doing so. If you are in the wrong admit it, apologize, and learn to make yourself better. Also learn to forgive, this is key to healing that sometimes needs to take place. Forgive, Lend a hand, Stand along side, and Love with all your hearts content.
Rule Number Five: Leaving the Sages
If you chose to leave the Sages of your free will, you will be required to prove yourself before being allowed back. If you are unable to prove yourself to those in charge of your case, you will not be allowed back in. When you leave the Sages you are not allowed to disclose anything of it's workings, of any sort. We respect your choice to leave, respect our Clan enough not to spread information.
Rule Number Six: Helping New Arrivals
Do everything within your power to assist a visitor to our realm. Help them find their way around and answer all questions that you can. If they ask something that you can't answer, try to find the answer for them. Remember, it is the Sage's responsibility to welcome and aid all newcomers into this realm. This also means to attempt to make friends with them and introduce them to other people so they may feel at home here. Get the newbie into the rp at hand, get them interested, then let them make their way. Be friendly, helpful, and calm, sometimes it can be stressful, take a breath and keep working.
