Syntax:
Shadowveil - Cloaks the user in shadow
Shadowveil message <message> - Sets a message to display when user shadowveils
Shadowveil remove - Removes the cloak of shadow
Cloaks the user in a veil of shadows that conceals their form and identity. The user will be displayed as a shadow in the room ICly. Their normal short will still be viewed for osays. Shadowveiled players can view other shadowveiled players.
