Shallow Sea of Leeches

Shallow Sea of Leeches is the place in the Underworld people dread to ever visit. It's the location all those who are to be punished end up and it is very true to its namesake. The sea is filled with normal sized leeches, the major difference however is that their saliva is acidic, causing the flesh to slowly be eaten away. On the same note however it also possesses a strong regenerative aspect, trapping those unfortunately enough to be plunged into the see in a state of eternal torment as the leeches drain them dry forever.
Above the Sea itself are the winged caretakers of the Shallow Sea of Leeches, the Soul Takers.
They are leeches, roughly five feet in length with black, leather wings. Quite sentient and answering only to Kedanna they are in charge of daily operations. They work off of a hive mentality, each knowing what all the others do as their minds are connected. It is these beings that are tasked with keeping things in check in the Underworld and also dealing with any intruders that might slip past Wynnlmo.
As for Wynnlmo, he is an amalgam of various creatures: body of a shifted werewolf, a snake's head, claws of a dragon, and the wings of a raven. He also possesses three rat-tails. His intelligence far surpasses his looks, though he often plays the fool, working to come off as his intelligence being on par with a rock. He's quite intelligent and, as with the Soul Takers, answer only to Seir. He is also connected to the minds of the Soul Taker's to better orchestrate any sort of defense against any interlopers. The Sea is not connected to the surface of Tirradyn, making it only accessible to those who are unlucky enough to have died and ended up there.
