This is a specialization skill for the axe. A perfectly wielded axe is
perhaps the most lethal of weapons around. Axes have been known to cleave
shields, as well as heads, in two or more pieces when swung with deadly
precision. It's no longer safe to cower behind a shield when facing an axe
wielder.
