Shindekus is a Mercenary guild focused around both recieving and delivering requests to those best suited for them. The Guild itself is formed of ranks within ranks, once enough actions are taken, or a Grand enough action is taken, One such member is allowed access to a Higher Tier "pass" These Passes allow Adventurers to access the higher dificulty requests based upon how High of a Tier their Pass is. The guild provides a place to stay as well as a place to gather wither other adventurers so one should be forced to travel alone.
Shindekus represenatives will accept all quests given to them and will send them back to the Guild base of operations to give out the tasks based on what type of skills will be required for the missions. The guild itself is willing to even offer such requests to outside adventurers should none within the guild be suited for the task. All requests that are taken on can either be taken on solo or they can be taken on in a small or large group. When working in a group, the Adventurer with the highest tier pass will determine the availability of harder requests The Guild itself has very simple rules to follow: 1) Never step on another Adventurer's Contract unless brought into it by said adventurer. 2) Do not Disgrace the name of Shindekus by Half-assing a request, or simply failing to complete it. 3) Do not kill GuildMembers unless Under Contract, And approved by Guild Master. 4) The guild collects a 5% Finders Fee for Adventurer's not with the Guild. 5) Do not use the guild name for personal gain. 6) Real Names are not to be shared even amongst Other members of the guild, However They must be first Registered with the Guild Master. 7) Communication and teamwork is encouraged and enforced. Issues with other guild members should be reported 8) Adventurers choosing to work alone shall be Judged on seperate Rankings. 9) Dishonesty is Discouraged 10) Any Adventurer that breaks the Guild rules shall be subject to Harsh Punishment.
