Formed as a combination mercenary guild and outreach group, the Silver
Daggers make it their mission to help the little people. If you find
yourself, your problems, forgotten in the grand scheme of things and have
nowhere else to turn, the Daggers are there to help. To the farmers, the
fruit sellers, the barkeeps, the details of a journey across continents to
fight a great evil don't matter. What matters is the farmer's fields
stripped of grain by an army on the move. The tiny hamlets left with
nothing after an unruly band of mercenaries comes through. Or the girl
selling flowers to help her family who can't any longer, because monsters from her nightmare sowed her flower garden with the blood of her neighbors.
It is situations like these, and countless others, that the Daggers gather to help. Be it picking flowers for a little girl, or helping an aging blacksmith with a large order of horseshoes, it is the intent, the desire to make the world a brighter place for the people that don't flock to the call of the horns of war. Gathering for the sake of others, not for glory, not for riches, only to bring a smile to a child's face, or dry a grieving widow's tears. That is the call of the Silver Daggers.
OOC Note:
The aim of the guild is to encourage people to branch out in their roleplay. To change up their style, to do things in-character that they may think they cannot do. We also want to teach, and encourage others to teach, players new and old how to utilize the RPStat system, as well as the global event system.
