Their skin is very thick and blubbery like that of an amphibian. Because of their skin, they like to keep their skin moist and do sweat a lot. Their regeneration rate has made them comparable to salamanders in that they can regrow limbs. Some trolls have been known to grow back limbs bifurcated from regeneration going out of control. Their skin tends to be mottled in shades of blacks, greens, greys and browns. They are bulky creatures with a lot of muscle and a layer of fat. Some trolls are known to have horns growing from their head, while others don't. They eat a primarily meat, their diet carnivorous and are known to be able to handle poison. Basic Personality: They have a surprising communal mind set for other trolls. However, they seem to not spend much time with other races save for those who are large and strong. Very few people have been able to maintain long term relationships with a troll as they tend to see those smaller and weaker than them as pets or food. They are not the smartest of races and are not known for original ideas, living instead by instinct. Origin and Lore: Trolls are said to be a twisted version of Ursa, but this is untrue. They are closer to hulking amphibians than bears, though they don't really resemble those either. How they came into being is a mystery, but they are known to be brutish, strong, stupid and ever-present. Their regenerative ability is a thing of legends that other races covet and in times of starvation, it has been known that people will keep trolls as a food source. Other rumors say they are guardians, put in place to balance out the calmer forces and do what must be done to end intrusion against nature. Naming Convention: Simplistic names are the most common among trolls. Single syllable that are guttural in nature. Preferred Habitat: They can adapt to live anywhere, but tend to avoid overly dry environments. Society Structure: Little it known about their society structure aside from the fact that Trolls like to congregate with each other.
