Throughout Tirradyn, explorers on every continent have discovered mysterious
stone circles. In some, these monoliths look new, freshly carved. In other
places, such as the newly discovered land of Rethia, the stones are pieced
together from the rubble of ancient times. Regardless of their design,
explorers are certain of one thing. These circles are gifts from the Gods.
Specifically, those divine whose spheres of influence fall within the sky
and the celestial bodies that inhabit it. First unveiled when the Wolf God
Fynris ascended to godhood, the stone circles are linked to specific deities
among the pantheon. Fynris, Lanteia, Omnira and Sachai are credited with
giving this incredible means of transport to mortalkind. Upon touching the
stone, one is teleported to a mystical path within the skies, where journeys across continents and the world can be made in a matter of moments rather than days or weeks.
