Remarks: After taking damage, the target rolls a reflex save versus DC12 + STR of the attacker. On a failed save, the targets AC is decreased by 2 until their armor is repaired. In addition, if they fail by more than 5, they are affected by STAGGERED for 1 round (a total of -4AC for 1 round).
