Tell, retell, and reply are all IC means of communicating telepathically
between two people. Retell sends a tell back to the last person you sent
a tell to, whereas reply sends a tell back to the last person who sent you a tell.
Syntax: tell <person> <what you want to say>
retell <what you want to say>
reply <what you want to say>
the > character is a keyboard shortcut for retell.
The 'deaf' command will toggle your ability to see tells and replies off and on.
