Syntax: tocial <social> <person>
temote <person> <text>
TOCIAL and TEMOTE are short for 'tell social' and 'tell emote', respectively. Tocials let you send a social to anyone on the mud privately, while temotes do the same, only with emotes.
Much like global socials (see 'help gs'), temotes and tocials can be both IC or OOC depending on the circumstances. Use common sense, and ask OOCly when in doubt.
The commands are simple. To send a private social, type 'tocial', the person's name, and the social. Emotes are the same, typing 'temote', the person's name, and then the text for the emote.
