BUG
Keywords:
BUG, TYPO
Syntax: bug <message>
typo <message>
The BUG command will make a note of a bug in the code and put it on a list for the coders to look at. A Bug would be when you type a command and something doesn't happen right. This can be anything from the command not working properly to there being a typo in the message. For example, if you typed sneak and got the message 'U strat two sn33k silentl0rly' you would want to record the message as a bug, not a typo.
The TYPO command is the same as the bug command, but it is used to report typo's in: descriptions, mob programs, help files, that sort of thing. For example, if a mob said to you 'Lol u've got lyke awesome hair dood' you'd want to record this as a typo, not as a bug. If you're not certain if something is a bug or a typo, you can ask on ooc, or track down an immortal and ask them.
Note that the room you're standing in is recorded when you use this command. If you think that the bug/typo is specific to a certain room, PLEASE PLEASE use the command from the room in question. It really helps out a lot.
