Wall of Ice and Wall of Fire

Syntax: cast 'wall of ice' <target>
cast 'wall of fire' <target>
Unlike their predecessors, Fire Shield and Chill shield, the intensity and power of these spells have been enhanced. Wall of Fire and Wall of Ice summons an intense elemental barrier around the target. Not only does the shield strike back at anyone that enters into the affected's range, but it also prevents opposing elements from passing the barrier. This spell increases the weakness to the element being used however. For example, a frostball will be thoroughly reduced by a wall of fire, but a fireball will only grow in intensity if the target has wall of fire.
