'Water breathing' is a new spell created to go along with the new system for Underwater Traveling. This spell is currently in place for potions only and may later be added as a remort spell.
It allows people to stay underwater without losing their breath until the potion wears off.
Otterlungs has been changed to just slow down the rate of air loss while
underwater. It is still a useful spell to have in potion form. Please
see 'help otterlungs' for further details on this spell.
