WHERE

Keywords: WHERE
Category: command
Syntax: where where <person> When you now use the 'where' command alone, you will only see the people visible to you in the room you are currently in. This is to assist with targeting people and whatnot. You will not be able to see people in the list that are in different rooms of the area you're in. You may also add a parameter to the where command in the form of a name. If you type 'where <person>' it will tell you if that person is in the area you're in IF they are visible to you, and IF you have received an intro from them. Since the command still shows you the names of people, and since your character might not actually know the names of people icly, this command is still considered ooc information to an extent, but if you wish to rp that 'where <person>' is the equivalent to asking local NPC's if they've seen your friend around, this would be acceptable since it still will not tell you exactly where they are, just that they're currently around in the area somewhere. We encourage you to also seek other means and methods of locating people icly. There are several ways to do this at your disposal. Clever people use the tools they have available to them.
