Syntax:
windydagger target
This attack uses a natural weapon dagger as its projectile. It will consume 4 daggers. The daggers will target 4 random enemies in the room, if there are less that 4 enemies, it will throw multiple daggers at an enemy.

Damage: 1d4 to 4d4 + Damroll

Save: Fortitude vs Damage
Remarks: This skill throws four daggers at up to four targets in range. The targets make a FORTITUDE save versus the damage they take. If they fail by more than 5, they suffer the BLEEDING condition. Damage it distributed as follows:
1 target available: 4d4 + Damroll damage
2 targets available: 2d4 + damroll damage to each
3 targets available: 1 target takes 2d4 + Damroll,
2 targets take 1d4 + Damroll damage
4 targets available: 1d4 + Damroll Damage each
