Account Menu
Accounts group your characters under one login. From the account menu you can pick a character, create a new one, link an existing character, and manage account-wide preferences before entering the game.
Syntax:
<number> or <character> play that character
select <number> play the numbered character
new create a new character
add <character> <password> link an existing character
account password <old> <new> change your account password
password <old> <new> same as above
Basic menu commands:
list reprint your character list
look redisplay the account menu
who show who is online
news show latest news notes
news list list recent news
news read <number> read a news item
motd read the message of the day
help <topic> read a helpfile
creation <message> send a message to the Creation channel
quit disconnect
Account preferences:
screenreader [on|off] toggle account screenreader mode
mobile [on|off] toggle account mobile mode
colorsync <mode|off> apply a color mode to account characters
coloroptout <char> <on|off> exclude one character from colorsync
aprompt <text> set a shared prompt for account characters
sort <slotA> <slotB> swap two character slots
Color modes for colorsync: none, ansi, html, mxp, bright, auto, irc, ircwhite, xterm, or off.
Character utilities:
dtswap <from> <to> <amount> transfer divinetokens between characters
edit <char> edit short and long descriptions
edit <char> short <text> update a short description
edit <char> long edit a long description
shapeshift <char> edit shapeshift forms, if available
rpsheet <char> edit that character's RP sheet
deletecharacter <char> confirm permanently delete a character
Most character utilities accept either a character name or the slot number shown in your account list.
Deleting the account:
deleteaccount <account name> confirm deletes the account record and
disconnects you. This does not delete the characters themselves.
Notes:
- A linked character must not already belong to another account.
- Linking requires that character's password.
- Account passwords must be at least five characters long.
- account password also works after you enter the game.
