The PK Challenge System

The challenge system of pk is intended for use by those people in serenity that need to override it so that they may battle another player for either
IC reasons, or for just sparring in the arena. People outside of serenity
may use it as well, and it will work equally fine for them.
The person in serenity must be the one challenged by the other person. If both people are in serenity, they must challenge each other, and subsequently each must accept or decline as they wish.
Syntax: Challenge <person>
