I'm sure all of you are aware of the frequent crashes TG has. We do apologize for the inconvenience of this, and it is something we are working on, however, during this time, we ask that you also accept this as something we do not have control over at this time.
With that said, I'd like to inform you all that what is lost in a crash, be it XP, Gold, Customs, Crafts, QP, is lost. There will be no reimbursements for this. Again, we do apologize as this is a nuisance we are well aware of. However, the time it takes to check logs to confirm what was lost, if at all possible, is not a high enough need. No further reimbursments will be given for what is lost in a crash.
Please make sure to save often and after any change you make to help in this situation.
