Nobles are players that are elected by the players, after they have gone through a sometimes, very rigorous set of questions put forth to them by the PBC (player base council). Once elected and approved, the Nobles jobs are to moderate areas. rp fights, global events when needed, and help newbies. They are also responsible for coming up with fun events and rp for other players to do. Any player can be a part of PBC, all you have to do is ask to be added to the council. But only players who are a member of the PBC can become a noble. To vote, or ask a Noble candidate questions before a vote, the player must be an active member of the PBC. Not just request to join it for that purpose and then quit it when they're done. The PBC was set up by the players, for the players, so they could communicate their issues among themselves, and bring ideas for changes and things they would like to see implemented to staff with one voice.
