Guild Council

Stationed in Narina, the City of Guilds, the International Council for the progress of Guilds & Establishments (Guild Council for short) is the prime authority for all things guilds. Composed of every guild leader of the more than 100 guilds nation wide, the guild council seeks to mediate and regulate these groups of artisans, mercenaries, merchants, and more. The current Council President is Chancellor Christopher Carou. Members of the Council have the responsibility to regulate guilds and enforce the laws that bind them. Guild council meetings are held for three reasons: Guild Court, The Annual Guild Council Meeting and State of the Union, and Guild Wars. Regulation: Guilds must pay taxes and uphold their classification parameters to be considered guilds. Enforcement: Guild council may use its vast resources to enforce the laws all guilds must abide by and to ensure compliance. Chancellor Christopher Carou: Halfling who has been acting Chancellor for the Guild Council since its inception. The Annual Guild Council Meeting and State of the Union: All meetings are allowed to the public. Every guild council member must attend the yearly address on the State of their Union and to discuss next year's goals.
